🚚 Delivery Times & Processing

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically dispatched within 6–7 working days from the date of purchase.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 7–8 working days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery Partners: We work with trusted national couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of all products.

📦 Shipping Charges

  • Delivery is free of cost above £30 orders to all over the UK Mainland

  • We don’t deliver  Off Shore & Following postcodes  BT, IM, TR, JE, GY, IV, HS, KA, KW, PO, PH, ZE, AB     
  • In order to process the order on Off Shore post code £70 Extra Charges required.

⚠️ Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, please be advised of the following cancellation terms:

All orders, once purchased, can only be cancelled within 24 hours.
After this period, a 30% restocking and processing fee will be charged on any cancelled order.

Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you wish to make changes or cancel your order.

🧾 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor the delivery progress of your parcel.

📍 Delivery Restrictions

  • We currently deliver to addresses within the UK mainland.

  • For remote areas (e.g., Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland), please allow extra delivery time.

  • Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

❗ Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged goods and packaging.

  • We will offer a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution based on the situation.
