Installing our wall panels is quick, clean, and far easier than traditional tiling. With a few basic tools and the right trims, you can transform any room in no time—whether it’s a bathroom, shower cubicle, or kitchen wall.

Tools You’ll Need

  • Fine-tooth saw or utility knife

  • Spirit level

  • Measuring tape

  • Adhesive (high-grab panel adhesive or solvent-free silicone)

  • Sealant gun

  • Screws or panel pins (optional for batten fixings)

  • Cloth and mild detergent (for surface prep)

⚙️ Preparation

  1. Surface Check: Ensure walls are clean, dry, and free from dust or loose materials.

  2. Flat Surface: Panels can be fixed directly to plasterboard, tiles, or timber battens.

  3. Acclimatise Panels: Leave panels in the room for 24 hours before installation to adjust to temperature.

🧱 Fitting the Panels

1. Start from the Corner

  • Use an Internal Corner Trim or End Cap Trim at your starting point.

  • Apply adhesive in vertical beads on the wall (or battens) and on the back of the panel.

2. Install First Panel

  • Slot the first panel into the trim, press firmly to the wall.

  • Ensure it’s level using a spirit level.

  • Secure with adhesive or pins/screws at the tongue (if using battens).

3. Continue with Remaining Panels

  • Apply adhesive to the back and along the groove of the previous panel.

  • Push the tongue into the groove of the previous panel tightly for a seamless look.

  • Repeat until the area is covered.

4. Add Trims as Needed

  • Use H-Joint Trims for long walls.

  • Fit External Corner Trims and Base Trims for edges.

  • Apply Scotia Trims at the top for a neat finish.

5. Seal Joints

  • Use silicone sealant in all internal joints and at the base to ensure a watertight seal, especially in wet areas like showers.

⚠️ Important Tips

  • Batch Number Check: Always install panels from the same batch to ensure color consistency.

  • Cut Carefully: Score with a knife or use a fine-tooth saw to avoid splinters.

  • Don’t Overload Adhesive: Excess glue can cause uneven surfaces—apply evenly.

  • Leave a Small Gap: Allow a 2–3mm expansion gap at panel edges.

🛠️ Installation Methods

  • Adhesive Fixing: Ideal for flat, solid walls. Use high-grab panel adhesive.

  • Batten System: Great for uneven walls. Fix battens vertically every 400–600mm and mount panels to them.

📌 Maintenance

  • Wipe panels with a soft cloth and mild soap solution.

  • Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
